OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At INN7, we aim to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with an order or part of it, we invite you to review our return and exchange policy designed to make the process as smooth as possible.
Contacting Customer Care for Approval
- Should you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact INN7's customer care team at [email protected] for approval prior to sending any items back.
Prior Approval Requirement
- Returns or exchanges sent without prior approval from our customer service team may not be accepted and could be returned to you at your expense. Shipping and handling fees incurred during this process will be the responsibility of the customer.
Return Time Frame
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
Condition of Returned Items
- Items must not be worn, altered, or washed.
- Items must have all original tags attached and intact.
- Returns without the original security tag, or with a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
- Footwear must be returned with the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Returns in a damaged shoe box or without the original shoe box may incur a fee.
Shipping and Handling Charges
- Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Packages arriving COD (Cash on Delivery) may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with returning items. The cost of shipping for returns or exchanges must be covered by the customer.
- Items identified as "sale" are not eligible for return.
